Arthritis Feedback: Try trytophan or L-tryptophan after reading this Wiki:
Taking vitamin B-6 along with tryptophan is supposed to boost it’s effect.
Read the above webpage to note there are some side effects if you’re taking too much.
Also, it can cause you to become drowsy, not a good thing if you’re driving.
Arthritis Feedback: Amino Acids don’t help very much with joints at all. They are the make-up of proteins, so they can give the basic materials for your body to work on making new cartilage, but it won’t add anything to what you already have in your body or what you eat in your diet (unless you don’t eat any protein).
If you want direct help for your joints, there are several natural supplements that help joint health, which may remove the cause of the pain. The most popular are Microlactin, Tart Cherries, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM, Hyaluronic Acid, Litozin (Danish Rose Hips), and Bromelain.
The only thing to really watch out for is allergies. Glucosamine is typically from Shellfish and Microlactin is from milk. As long as you’re not allergic to those, you should have no problem. Good luck!
