Can you answer tenshizuka’s question about Arthritis?:
Ever since I was a kid, I’ve always experienced pain in my joints (wrists, elbows, knees, and ankles), especially when it is raining. My parents told me that they are growing pains. But I’m 20 now and I still experience it so I read it up. The most likely explanation is rheumatism, but isn’t that an elderly person’s disease? Thank you.

Symptoms Of Osteoarthritis

Arthritis Feedback: When I was in high school I had a friend who played guitar and it was starting for him around 10th or 11th grade.
Arthritis Feedback: There is a form of both rheumatism and arthritis that affects juveniles; juvenile rheumatism and arthritis. They are different from the elderly form of both. For the elderly, it is usually the result of long term wear and tear over a lifetime. For children and young adults, it’s a form of auto immune disease. There are other auto immune disorders, such as fibromyalgia.
Have you been checked out for Fibromyalgia? People with Fibromyalgia have a great deal of joint pain for no obvious reason; no physical evidence of joint issues, but lots of pain. A rheumatologist can treat fibromyalgia as well as the other issues. I suggest that you get evaluated for all those things.
Arthritis Feedback: I have a friend with the same problem: her joints are often sore. (she’s 18) Another way of labelling your symptoms is arthritis: It simply means you suffer from inflammations in your joints. There are many different types, and arthritis can be caused by many, many things. It is not unheard of for young people to suffer from this, it is definitely not only old people! I suggest going to see your doctor so he can diagnose you and give you suggestions to help lessen the pain and get to the source of it. Good luck!
Arthritis Feedback: Yes hun it does effect young people.
