    These are nutrients that the body ises for the manufacture of healthy tissue. There is no dependency consequent to taking these.

    Dependency may occur when taking substances like hormones. These are not hormones. Just follow the advice and all the best!

    im curious, does daily use of glucosamine and chondroitin stop or reduce the amount the body creates naturally, can you become somewhat dependant on these supplements? i would appreciate any advice as i, and others i know have been experiencing trouble with our knees.
